4. Call Recording
Calls between Prime Flow Filtration and you are recorded. You will hear an audible notice at the start of every call, before you are connected, and you can end the call at that point if you would prefer not to be recorded.
Recording is how we keep an accurate record of what was discussed, quoted and agreed. Specifically:
- What is recorded: the audio of calls we place to you through our business line, and any voicemail you leave on that line.
- Notice: a spoken notice is played to both parties at the start of every recorded call. We do not record a call without playing it.
- Why: to keep an accurate record of appointments, quotes and service requests, to write up notes on the call, and to improve the service we give you.
- Where recordings are kept: on our own server, behind a password. They are not published, not publicly reachable by any link, and not indexed by search engines.
- How long: recordings are automatically deleted one year after the call. The record that a call happened, and how long it lasted, is kept longer as an ordinary business record.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent or trade call recordings, and we do not share them for marketing purposes. We may disclose a recording where the law requires it.
- Your choice: tell us at any point in the call that you do not want to be recorded and we will end the call and reach you another way. You may also ask us to delete a recording of your call using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
